Soulful Lomi is a sacred, flowing bodywork rooted in the ancient Hawaiian tradition of Lomi Lomi.
Known as the “loving hands” massage, this practice is less about technique and more about rhythm, intention, and presence. Adrian uses continuous, wave-like movements across the body—often using forearms—to create a seamless, almost dance-like experience.

SARAH
Garbhasana relaxes the spine, neck and stretches the back muscles. In this position, the knees are supported and the forehead is placed lightly on the floor while the arms are relaxed at the sides.

JANE
The cobra is a well-known yoga exercise for the back muscles. You lie on your stomach, support your hands at chest height and slowly straighten your upper body, with your face pointing slightly upwards.

SALLY
The cat exercise strengthens the muscle tone of the legs and arms and relieves the strain on the back and stomach. A "cat's hump" and a hollow back are formed on all fours, then arms and legs are raised diagonally.

MARY
The tree is a classic yoga balance exercise. One knee is bent, arms brought together in front of the chest. The hands are raised above the head when the stance is stable.
